eTA Electronic Travel Authorization

Hello,
I visiting Canada(The eastern Part) for about 6 weeks(from June), with own Camper/4x4 arriving by ship in Halifax.
1/I make an Application for the eTA Visa.
2/ After 6 weeks crossing the Border into the States(where I obtain the ESTA I-94 for 90 days).
3/ Then driving back into Canada for re-shipping my Camper from Halifax(in September).
4/ Is that Eta Canadian Visa still Valid?= Is it multy-entry? Or I recieving another one at the Border?

1. No, an eta is only required if you are flying into Canada.
