estimated Time to get the email -Spousal sponsorship with a representative

Hi all,

i am writing this thread asking about the estimated time to get any response for my spousal sponsorship application which has been submitted on 20th July 2018. and could any one tell me the process that my application should go through now?

please note that it has submitted by the law firm that i had appointed .

you may give IRCC up to 10 weeks for Acknowledgement of receipt (AOR).

Spousal sponsorship process completion time varies depending on the Visa Office and on a case basis.......will advice you assume process completion takes 12 months to help reduce the waiting stress......patience.....relax.....and Good Luck.

The first time I sent in my documents i forgot 2 signatures (although they were electronically signed). It took 5 weeks to get them to look at it and determine it wasn’t complete. I sent it back near the same time you sent in your package. So far its been 6/7 weeks and no initial response from them. Some have said it takes upwards to 3 months, some say 2 months (8weeks) etc.. i guess its just a waiting game now.
