Hi my friends
I am 25, male, married, no children from Afghanistan. I have a LLB (bachelor in law) from Afghanistan and I am going to pursue my LLM (Masters of Law) in the United states this fall. I have four years of working experience: two years as a part time English instructor and two more years as full time Researcher and Senior Program Officer in two international NGOs in Afghanistan. I have a TOEFL score of 610. I have traveled to some countries like Iran, Pakistan, Germany, UAE and US and returned to Afghanistan in the past as a visitor or participant in some trainings. My wife is 23 and she has finished high school. I want you all friends to estimate my chances and give me some information and advice. The reply for these questions very help me:
1. How mucy is my chance to be accepted as a permanent resident?
2. Which kind of documents are needed?
3. How can I invite my wife after being accepted?
4. When should I apply? What is the best time? Earlier better?
I am waiting for your advice.
Thanks in advance.
