Your partner will not qualify for a SOWP since the program you are attending is not eligible for a PGWP. So your spouse will not qualify for an open work permit. They can try applying for a TRV but it may be challenging to get it approved based on your studies in Canada.

Thanks for responding , the class will be over 9 months long, My question is Can I bring my family come to Canada with me ?
SOWP is not so important for us .

They can apply for a TRV but it's impossible for any of us to say if they will be approved.
