Error Trying to submit via PR Portal

Hi, I just received my Portal 2 email from IRCC and I am trying to submit my PR card application via the portal. After uploading the photo and address in the Portal, I am getting the error message "there was a technical error when handling your request. please try again later".

Anyone facing this issue or know how to solve it?

Yes I am also getting the issue. It seems lot of people are also getting the issue from reddit as well. I have sent a webform
