Hi,
I'm trying to help my aunt renew her PR card now I've filled out all the forms but I'm not able to submit because I get the following error in form IMM 5444
"1.4 Date you became a PR in Canada” on page 1 of this form. This date must be accurate before proceeding with the rest of the form."
The date in section 1.4 Date you became a PR in Canada is 1977/06/06 (45 years ago)
Under that date is another error message stating "Please validate this date is correct as it has implications within the “5. Residency Obligation - Time Spent Outside Canada“ section of the webform."
In section 5.Residency Obligation it asks for any travel within the last 5 years and the dates are autofilled view photo below

The only thing I could think of is maybe changing the date in section 1.4 to 5 years ago (2018/11/06) as section 5 automatically fills out?
Any help with this is truly appreciated feel like we've been trying everything and it's not working
