Hello, I am sponsoring my husband from pakistan and I just noticed that his fist name has a missing letter in it when it appears on the Client Application Status Online as well as on my approval letter for undertaking that I got from the CIC (which I have already sent out to the MICC Quebec government with the necessary forms around 2 weeks ago). I only realized this error now when checking application status online. My husband and I when filling out the forms made photocopies and his name was correct on everything so this must somehow be an error on the part of CIC. I would like to know is this something to worry about? Will this affect my application in any way and is there something I should do about it? Please HELP!

You should contact CIC asap to correct the error. You never know what can hold up the process so better safe than sorry.
