Error Occurred While Validating Your Document...

Hi everyone,
I recently started to apply online to extend my study permit, but when I completed and validated my application form, I uploaded to the CIC only to get the message that says "Error occurred while validating your Document, please verify your document and retry". What's wrong with my documents?
Do I have to print them out to sign then scan it back? If I did scan it back, would it still be relevant??

There might be a mistake in your application form. The document normally directs you to it if you press the validation button. Try it again. Also, it could be the version of Adobe you are using. I believe it has to be 8.2 or above... Try using a different computer. Plus, you need to validate, print the document and put the validation page on top.of it and sign where necessary. I wont suggest a scanned copy.
