ERROR MESSAGE

Hi everyone, I spent 3 hrs on this and I am still not getting through.I am trying to upload form IMM5708, but it keeps coming up with the same error message:

Error: We couldn't upload your file.

  Make sure you are using the latest application form from our website. You can get it by clicking on the link below.
  
  • Answer all questions on the form
  • Click on the validation button
  • Save it on your computer (as a PDF)
  • Upload the saved PDF document here

My form is validated when I fill out the form.I did not sign the Document .I downloaded the document from the checklist .I downloaded the document from this website: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-5551-applying-change-conditions-extend-your-stay-canada.html#5551E4.

I try foxit , I try adobe reader .The only options I havent tried is clear ,my cache/cookies .I will do that and report back ,but it is driving me nuts.I have spent 3hrs already , anyone have any clue what is going on ?
