My initial assessment application has been sucessful.

However, I have just realized I used wrong date of birth for my spouse's brother in my initial assessment application.

Shall I explain this in a cover letter during my next stage application submission. Will immigration officer look at this change in date of birth information of my spouse's brother as negatively.

I don't think u will forward any doc. with the evedence of the birth date of yr spouse's brother . so it will not make any difference so no need to be worried.
