Error in "CRS Skill Transferability - Foreign Work Experience"

Hi,

I submitted by express entry profile yesterday. When I checked the assigned CRS score, I stood at 423 instead of 448 as per my calculations. A closer inspection revealed that I got only 25 points in "CRS - Skill Transferability - Foreign Work Experience" for Category B. Based on my understanding, CLB 9 in all the sections of IELTS + 3 years or more of work experience in a job with NOC categorization 0, A, B entitles a person to get 50 points.

I have 4 years of work experience in NOC 4163 (1 firm in entirety and ongoing ...) and CLB9 in all the sections. Ideally, what should be my "CRS - Skill Transferability - Foreign Work Experience" score?

If it's supposed to be 50, how can I notify CIC and asked them to rectify the score?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

What do you mean by CLB in all sections?
Did you get following bands?

Listening : 8
Reading : 7
Writing : 7
Speaking : 7

CLB is the Canada level benchmark. Yes I got the required scores:
Listening: 9
Reading: 8
Writing: 7
Speaking: 7

You mentioned in your post that "CLB 9 in all sections".
Actually, CLB 9 means 8 7 7 7
