Error in Citizenship Application Form

There is an error in the application form CIT0002E updated August 2017 and no one seems to have pointed it out. The error is in section 6-L-C. The question is incomplete. Here is what is written

C) Did you reside outside Canada with your spouse, common-law partner, or parent who:

I don't see any mistake here. There are two bullets and check boxes below the question, and those two bullets complete the question.
