Error for IMM5710

Hi,

I am applying for a PGWP right now but cannot upload my application form with this message popping up:

• To apply for a temporary resident permit, please complete the application on paper and submit it to a IRCC office. When applying online, please ensure that the checkbox titled "initial temporary resident permit or extension of temporary resident permit" is not checked on the application form.

It says 'please ensure that the checkbox titled "initial temporary resident permit or extension of temporary resident permit" is not checked on the application form' but I don't see such checkbox on my application. Is there an other way?

I'm trying this for a week and still can't figure out how to solve this. Please help!

'An initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer.' Wait, I shouldn't put that in?
But the other option is 'a work permit with the same employer.'

Oh, I've selected "Temporary Resident Permit."
I've chosen the other one earlier and the other error popped up so I asked ISSC about it,
and they told me I have to select TRP instead of restoration, which is the other option.

A Temporary Resident Permit is a special visa that allows people who are inadmissible, usually on the basis of a criminal record, to travel to Canada.

Restoration is for people who allowed their status to expire, are now in Canada illegally and are applying to restore their status.

You only need to select "Initial work permit...".

No idea who ISSC is but don't ever listen to them again.
