Actually i tried to fill it but there is one question which ask *when did you recieved the NOI * ? Which i have not received.

What program are you eligible for to apply directly to OINP- job offer, student? Or are you only eligible through Express Entry based on your NOC? If through EE, you select Ontario.

That is only through Express Entry for specific NOCs. What is your NOC? CRS score too low. Draws for the stream are 460+.

So scores are over 450 for draws. The last HC draw was 455+ for those who set up a profile between Feb and April 2021 so a year ago. Your NOC wasn’t on the list and I don’t know if it is part of the Human Capitals stream. You can read the through the draws and selected NOCs on the OINP site. You need to add 90-100 points to your score.

@Naturgrl thanks for the details so what could be the option to increase score ? Also can i change my noc now( I have already submitted EE ) as i have a matching with other noc as well.

Improve IELTS, learn French, improve education. You can change your NOC as long a s you have one year continuous experience in it and the employment letters to back it up. What NOC would you change to?
