Firstly a huge thanks to this forum and all the members, its been a huge helpful forum.
- My mother have a TRV approved in Jan 2019
- her first entry was in april2019 and she left Canada after staying for five months
- Her second entry was in early 2020 but due to COVID, flight cancellations and covid lockdowns in home country, she had to extend her stay 3 times before going back to home country
- All the extensions were approved for the duration we asked; though the first extension came with a condition to do medical examination which we did
- So her last visit was for a total of 2 years and one month, and she left almost 3 months before expiry of her third extension
My question is - if i apply for her super visa while she is in home country right now and then she travels to Canada while super visa is still in processing, does this raise any red flags for the officer at port of entry ? We have a family function in summer and it would be great to have her but at the same time i dont want officer to limit her stay at port of entry.
Second question - in case her super visa application is rejected for any reason; i have seen a comment here that super visa rejection can in some cases also make the TRV invalid. In this happens in her case, what would be her visa status while she is in canada ? Or i am thinking the extremes ?
