Entry Visa type I need while I already hold a work permit but no job offer.

am currently studying in Singapore while holding a work permit with Canada since I graduate from University of Toronto in 2012.
However my entry visa expired (I am a Chinese passport holder). I am willing to come back to Canada stay and look for a job after I graduate from Singapore. Therefore I need to apply for a re entry visa.

I am not sure which category fits my case while I am not a returning worker since I do not have a job offer yet.

So basically my situation is that I am not sure if I fit in the tourism group while i hold a work permit already.

TRV isn't important, Permit is. Yes you would need to apply for TRV from Singapore or from your home country (assuming you have already obtained PGWP, if you haven't you will get it at POE). Could you please specify the dates, when you completed the program, when did you leave Canada? how much PGWP duration is left on you?
