I am currently studying in Singapore while holding a work permit with Canada since I graduate from University of Toronto in 2012.
However my entry visa expired (I am a Chinese passport holder). I am willing to come back to Canada stay and look for a job after I graduate from Singapore. Therefore I need to apply for a re entry visa.
I am not sure which category fits my case while I am not a returning worker since I do not have a job offer yet.
So basically my situation is that I am not sure if I fit in the tourism group while i hold a work permit already.
