I have a few questions regarding Indian visas and would appreciate if anyone could provide some clarity:

1. Is India currently issuing tourist visas?


2. Can we apply for an Entry visa online, or is it necessary to visit a BLS center?


3. What is the maximum duration time we can stay on Entry Visa?

4. What is latest processing time for Entry Visa?

5. What is the Processing time for OCI card?

6. Can we apply OCI Card in Canada and receive/collect in India?

1. E-visa tourist or other paper one too.
2. Fill Online but submit to BLS.
3. Anywhere between 6 months to 5 yr. You stay more you pay more. Also you can keep extending by contacting FRRO.
4. 45 days
5. 2-3 months
6. No. If you go to India on entry visa you can apply for OCI after 6 months.
