I recently got my TN visa. My family (US spouse and a Canadian child) is in Canada. I'm planning to travel to Canada to finalize our relocation and get back together to US. We will be traveling via Pearson Airport. I have no intent to immigrate to US, although no concrete proof other than our plans (also I wouldn't get a GC to avoid being taxed on my worldwide income when moving abroad). Will we face any issues with the border agent? Can my child get a TD visa? If there are potential issues that might arise, how to mitigate them?
