Hi. I got my eCOPR while being in Canada but had to travel to my home country urgently while waiting for my PR Card. Now I need to head back but my PR card is still in processing. Can I enter Canada through air with my eCOPR? I have my TRV as well so could I use that for check-in at the departure airport and then use eCOPR at the port of entry in Canada?
I do not have a US visa so I can only enter via air and may not have enough time to apply for PRTD due to job obligations.

You can apply Permanent resident travel document in your home country. No, you cannot use your ECopr nor TRV. If have US visa, you can return to Canada at a land border by foot.

You can also explore possibilities to travel to Canada (via a private marine vessel) from the French islands off the coast to NL.

Airlines will likely refuse you boarding in this situation. They have a way of checking if the TRV is still valid and if everything works correctly it'll come back as not valid. Of course glitches do happen (e.g. maybe they haven't gotten around to invalidating your TRV in the system yet due to delays) but this isn't really something you can rely on.

If you are somehow able to get onto the airplane and stay on it until arriving in Canada, then you'd be all set when going thru immigration & customs at the port of entry.
