entering canada on visitor visa with applied PR

Hi

My husband has applied for my PR and while my file is still in process, I will be entering canada on visitor visa. I have certain questions regarding this

1. How much amount of stuff can I bring with me

2. Do I have to declare it to customs

You dont have to declare anything like that when you are on visitor visa. when you return with permanent residency, then you will have to declare everything.
