Entering canada from USA with misdeamnor charge !!!HELP!!!

Hi All,

So i have been reading that canada denies entry if you have DUI charges etc.

so here is my situation.

I do have a misdeamnor charge in the US that was all settled back in 2008 got off probation in 2009.

I was born and currently living in the US. Ive been reading that if i enter canada with my US passport that they can see my record

but

i also have a UK passport.

so now if i enter canada with my UK passport will they still see my record for my charge from the US?

any help will be greatly appreciated.
