As you have not met the residency obligations, you may get reported once you land in Canada and the process of revocation of your PR may start.

Given you could have attended school in Canada you don't have very good reasons for not meeting your RO. You may be young enough to be able to reapply for PR.

Hello,

I have received my PR Visa through express entry. My visa expires on June 9th 2018. Can I make my first landing on 4th June 2018?
Please Confirm.

Have you met the RO? Is it your PR card that expires June 9th? When did you land in Canada?

I haven't yet landed in Canada. My COPR validity is till 9th June 2018. I want to land on 4th June 2018. Is it ok to land only 5 days before the COPR expiry?

As steaky says it’s fine although personally I wouldnt leave it quite so close to the expiry date for such an important event and would want a bit more buffer just in case.

If you have a valid PR card, you should be able to enter using machine, and then stay until you meet residence obligations then apply.

Last year I entered Canada just 2 days before the expiry of my PR card, used the machine for immigration and passed through without any hassle. Some people told me that machine may generate a code on the immigration paper and officers will see that and send you for secondary immigration, but thats not true.
Rest depends on your luck.

I m in India since 2011 having my daughter's PIO card which is valid till 2025, will be moving to Canada by end March and and at least it takes 2 months to get OCI done. Is it ok to apply for OCI once I am in Canada. Please guide me for the same.

Suggest you to make a separate post because OCI/PIO has nothing to do with permanent obligation.
