I entered Canada 1 week ago, as visitor. i found a job the 2 days ago, and now my boss is willing to sponsor me as foreign worker. what to do? should I stay and work for him, while my " sponsor process " goes, or should I leave the country, and came back when that process is finished? If I decide to stay, will me stay be illegal?

ps: mu visa expires @ 27, this month !!
Please,I help ASAP!

You can't work until you have an approved work permit.

Before you can apply for a work permit, your employer will likely have to obtain an LMO (labour market opinion). Further information about LMOs is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp#tphp idtphp

If you work without a work permit, you are working illegally and can be deported. Wait for the work permit before you start.

If you still have valid visitor status, you may stay in Canada as a visitor while you wait. Once the employer gets the LMO, you can apply for a work permit. If you were admitted with a 6 month visit visa or not specified (which means 6 months), you do not have to leave Canada to apply for a work permit.

They have to apply outside Canada either at a POE (by flagpoling) or at an overseas office if they require a medical and TRV.

Good day guys i would like to know if it is possible to come into Canada as a visitor and then find an employer who i can work with and possibly apply for time extension as my time as a visitor draws close to the end .
