I have Canada B1 Visitor-Business TRV . I have visited Canada on business visit couple of times before on this TRV. Can I visit as Tourist on this TRV or I have to get V1 Visitor TRV.

Yes, you can travel/enter Canada as a tourist on the same Business TRV
