Enter Express Entry Pool with Language below the requirements

Dear all,

Are we able to enter the express entry pool with the language results below the requirements? I just wanted to be in the pool and hope that the Province will send me a letter of interest. Then I can improve my score with the invitation from the province.

Please let know if you've ever been in this situation.

Thank you very much for your reply. I saw a lot candidates with the total points around 300 (below 400) being invited by the province (https://www.alberta.ca/ainp-processing-inventory.aspx). Just wonder how can they enter the pool. My current score is now 427 but one of my IELTS score is 5.5 (below 6).

They can enter the pool because they meet the requirements. The CRS score is different from the minimum requirements to enter the pool.

You don't meet the minimum requirements to enter. You'll have to take the IELTS again.
