enter canada after 10 months with valid study permit and valid visa

Hi There

Can i enter in canada after 10 Months stay outside of canada.i already have a valid study permit and valid visa.i have taken new addmission in college.
can any one help me here

Did you previously come to Canada to study and then drop out of school and leave the country? If so, your study permit is no longer valid and was automatically canceled once you stopped attending school for more than 90 days. You'll need to apply for a new study permit if you want to study in Canada again.

now what is procedure to apply again for study permit
