I was issued a letter of introduction after my student visa was approved. But because of technical problems with the MyCIC web site I cannot retrieve it. The standard delay before getting technical help for the web site is 10 business days. I have a flight scheduled for 7 business days from now.
Is it possible for me to enter Canada as a visitor under these circumstances and wait however many weeks it takes for the government to resolve the technical problem? Then exit and enter Canada with the documentation needed for the visa document to be issued?
