Enrtry in Canada on the base of Visitor Visa

Hi

My parents have got the single entry 6 months visitor visa in India from June 2013 to 4th December 2013. They are planning to come Canada after 3 months from now. I have questions below.

1. Is it ok if they make plan to travel to Canada from September to November?
2. Will immigration officer have objection for their late entry in Canada because instead of June they are coming in September?

As long as the visa is still valid, it is fine.
