I have my emedicalreport with my old passport no. But as spouse name wasn't mentioned in the old passport so I applied for a new one. I have got my new passport and my passport no. Has changed. Should I get a new emedicalreport with the new passport no.. Pls help

No. Your medical report is fine. You may add an explanation letter and attach your old passport to clarify the situation. Good luck!
