Hi All,
My name is sajid shaikh currently I got my PGWP for 1 year and I moved to Calgary for applying AINP but my concerned is if I applied for my AINP and it is under processing and my visa expired than I am allowed to stay in Canada or I have to leave till the decision made on my application.

1. If you don't get the AOR from CIC in Sydney so you can apply for a BOWP or you don't get the facilitation letter from AINP, or your employer doesn't get an approved LMIA then you would have to apply to remain as a visitor (no work) or leave Canada.

Hi All I got job offer in a convenience store(Macs) in Calgary for fulltime I wanted to know whether I may eligible for applying AINP with this job with the help of employer letter.
