Dear All,

I have been granted PR through (COPR and Visa stamp received and in hand ) Express Entry as a
PNP candidate of PEI province .

My query is simple , which is that can anyone confirm for certain what the rules are regarding this ?
That is does one have to re enter through the province which nominated or can one enter anywhere considering
that PR once granted should be an unconditional status and also the fact that the COPR letter does not state such a clause anywhere whatsoever ...just talks of procedure to follow for rentry.

Any concrete knowledge and answers / experiences shared would be most welcome and highly appreciated !

Thanks !

Read this http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2010/ob251.asp

Although the bulletin suggests its expired, it still holds true when you first present at port of entry. If you fail to satisfy the CBSA officer about your intent to reside in nominating province, they may refuse entry and revoke PR. Once you receive your PR, you are at liberty of migrating to another province based on your rights under Canada Charter of Rights and Privileges, but that point is debatable and at subjective discretion so cant comment on that.
