Hello All,
I am in a certain confusion and seeking help from someone who has been through the same situation.
I had applied for Express Entry while residing in Quebec. I got ITA and I submitted document on May 8, 2024. Today, I came to know that I should have uploaded the intention letter ( to show intention to reside outside Quebec) alongwith the documents.
I dont see a way to upload it now. So, does NOT providing the intention letter with the documents , makes my case weaker?
Can they reject the application right away?
How was your experience If you have been in similar situation? Were you asked the intention letter post Biometric or before biometric? If yes, How long did the further process take?
Current status: I have got the Biometric instruction letter and have applied for the appointment (12th July 2024). I still reside in Quebec on a closed WP.
Thanks!
