If I am an international Skilled Worker and I have a job offer in Saskatchewan, I want to apply for work permit and PR at the same time. As soon as I obtain my work permit:
1(a) Must I come to Canada and start working as a pre-condition for my PR to be approved,
OR
(b) Do I have the option to wait for my PR to be issued before I come to Canada to start work?
In other words, if my new job in Saskatchewan does not require immediate resumption, can I wait till my PR is approved before I travel to Canada to resume the work?
2) With my work permit already issued, while I wait for my PR, would my children be entitled to pay domestic school fees in any Province in Canada?
3) Can my children attend university in any part of Canada and still pay fees of a domestic student? Although I have a closed work permit to work in Saskatchewan.
