To find a job in Canada, you should apply through reputable job web sites such as Canadian Job Bank, linkedin, workopolis, indeed, etc. Your employer needs to give you a job offer and also an approved LMIA in order for you to qualify to apply for a work permit.

Honestly, chances for finding accountant "jop" in Canada without PR status/citizenship/Work Permit and without CPA certification are close to zero. Don't bother.
