Hello Everybody,

I am Srinivas from India(HYD). I am planning to apply for immigration under skilled labor. I am finished my B.Tech(IT) and completed 3 years of working as a software test engineer.I have not taken any IELTS exam and want to enquire about the taking of the exam at later stage and can i send the documents immediately .Where do i need to send the documents to Inidian embasyy or candian embassy.Regarding the medical and police inquiry do i need to send the documents now itself or later . Plz help me out . waiting for reply very badly

I believe you need to study information at the specified location prior to your sending off any application. This link will give you information about where to send your application. http://www.cic.gc.ca/

As for IELTS, it is advisable to take the test before submission however you can submit but you must take the exam in the shortest possible time.

Better take IELTS so just in case if score not good atleast you can improve.
