Hi Everyone,

I have question on language assessment. At the time of PR, letter from university was provided as proof of language. Now

- Whether that letter is acceptable for citizenship
- In the letter and in my actual name there is one letter difference i.e instead of ---ad it is written as ----ed. Is it matter or that should be ok.

Please advise.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
For Citizenship application, Diploma (and transcript) required from Canada or Abroad - the medium of instruction had to have been in English and either of these documents should mention that if they are not from an English speaking country.

-Seems like your question is more relating to the missing letter in your name. If you have not yet submitted it it would be best to have it corrected by the University
- If your out of time in requesting that then go ahead and submit and request the amendment in case
- Here is the CIC link to better assist you. You can look for fine prints - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/become-eligibility.asp#language
