I have received an acceptance letter from George Brown college Canada to follow the english for academic purposes before program starts.This course lasts 8 weeks and if i get the band that college required i will follow my program(Dental assistant 1-year program).
Can I apply for Study Permit to Canada without aIELTS score in my country Albania,because i will go there for English test first ?
