Hi,

Most colleges are more or less same. It really matters, more on you, your course selection, performance, academic record...and lesser on a College. Bagging a job, depends on your skill level, performance, networking, job market conditions, overall profile and of course luck. For admission to colleges, you will need an IELTS score of 6.5(with no bands less than 6.0). The fast track advanced diploma looks okay (which requires a Univ. degree), but it would be better if you could go for some PG level cert/diploma course in any of the colleges.

If you have 70% average (atleast a first class throughout) in your B.E, and an IELTS score ( of min. overall 6.5, no bands less than 6.0.. some Universities may have higher score requirements, and some may ask for a GRE score), then it's best reccomended to apply for a Master's degree in engineering, from any recognized University across Canada. As you have a 4 years degree which is recognized as equivalent to a Canadian Bachelor's degree, you should try to make full use of it and studying higher level M.S at universities is always a better option as compared to pursuing advanced diploma/PG cert/diploma at colleges. Alternatively, you can get 2-4 years of solid work ex, appear for GMAT and then apply to good MBA programmes. Or you can also look consider joining any General Management/Business related PG course at any of the colleges now.

To know more, you must do detailed research by visitng individual University/college websites. Here's is the list of recognized educational institutions for PGWP, by CIC.--- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/institutions/participants.asp

Best of Luck.
