ENDLESS PROCESSING TIME FOR STUDY VISA

I applied for my study visa(online) on 21st November 2018.And still the file is being processed. I made inquiry but no reply yet and after checking the official website about the processing time,it shows 4 weeks . So why my file is taking so long to be processed. Even my classes have started moreover I paid full year's tution fee. I got 7 bands overall , my academic percentage(IN LL.B) was above 65 %. Can anyone suggest me something. I am really worried and stuck in middle of nowhere. Please i need some help

You need to defer your admission or apply for refund. Also that is an estimate and not a Garuntee. If you are in a country with SDS scheme and applied in that scheme then you have 45 days Garuntee period, then on 5th Jan your 45 days will be over and you can raise webform claim after that only.

If you applied for general processing, then 60 days is the Garuntee period and that will only get over on the 21st of Jan, after which you can raise webform claim.

Mine was SDS , I applied from India and the webform thing is already done . Ya i am thinking to defer but will do it after 14th January. Can you please clarify that refund procedure. I really dont knw abt it and thanks for your reply.

I can understand your situation but we can't do much and just wait . The webform was filled by me on 27th December and as you said they take 28 working days to reply So I'm waiting. Truly speaking i dont think this webform will be taken seriously by the embassy .Rest hope for the best.

Depends upon the college. The best is to contact the college and get to know the procedures and do it.
