en-cashing of Draft for PR

How can i check the draft is en-cashed or not(submitted along with the PR application)

It simple, check with the local bank who issued the DD, if its a private bank it shall immediately revert whether encased or not, and if yes, what date, but mind it, it has nothing to do with the assumption that u will get visas, there are cases when verification is done after meds and visa fees submitted, dd encashed and then dd fees are refunded....
