Employment verification

Hi all, I got ITA and going to submit application by today.

I am working in a software concern which is run in an residential area and the whole building is actually a house. It s been there for more than 7 years and registered. We have a website also. I have submitted Employment reference letters and payslips, offer letters, etc

How will be the employment verification done? Since my MD will go outside country often , if he gets call to his Indian number he won't able to attend.

can anyone share their experience of employment verification if you are working with a small company.

Generally there is no such verification, they do it online, however, if in your case, they choose to verify, you should provide them with the number of your MD which he uses abroad as well as in India so as to avoid the confusion.

Also, add number of other supervisors.

Thanks for the reply. Read in other threads if company is in Residential area there are chances for refusal. Is that so?

The Immigration Officer in no way has any detail if your office is in a residential area or not. all they would look at is the company details, does it look legit, do they have an address along with a number they can reach.

the address has no grounds for refusal unless the place or address doesn't exist on the face of this earth or made up.

The Immigration Officer in no way has any detail if your office is in a residential area or not. all they would look at is the company details, does it look legit, do they have an address along with a number they can reach.

the address has no grounds for refusal unless the place or address doesn't exist on the face of this earth or made up.

They only have to use Google Maps to see where the address is and then either a satellite view or Streetview will show them the environment.
They do verify if there is any suspicion that the employment is not genuine.

It is easy to tell on maps if the area is residential or an office park.

But that does not matter if the company is genuine know? however, on other groups it has mentioned it might be a reason for refusal. dont know whether it has happened to anyone

It's not a reason for refusal. But will trigger additional verifications and maybe site visits.
