Hi, I have been working through a staffing agency on a Teer 4 occupation. I have read that for the year 2023-2024, the teer requirement has been updated to any teer level to include all (1,2,3,4,5) levels. But my question is, I have been working through an agency full-time 40 hours a week. Is it ok i sent use my employment contract from the agency along with 3 paystubs, or do I have to be working directly through the employer? Any updates on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

No, I have been employed from this january 2024 so I don't have the t4 for the year 2023. But the paystub I get, has EI and CPP deducted from it. So I think I can use it right?

As long as you aren’t considered self employed so you are okay.

Because this isn’t guaranteed employment you could run into issues. If you stopped getting work from the staffing agency you would need to report your change in employment circumstances. Canada wants to ensure that you will be able to support your family if they come to Canada so working for an employer directly versus being dependent on a staffing agency to fill in temporary positions would be much better. I understand that this is easier said than done.
