i am 3D artist and in my field many don't have a college certificate in that field so in "my work history" section ,
if i didnt fulfill my "primary occupation" Employment requirements as it is stated in the NOC would that mean i am disqualified. even though i can support it with a working experience certificate.

the NOC is (5241 Graphic designers and illustrators)

thanks for any help

Just to confirm if I have understood your question correctly, are you asking if your application will be rejected because your education does not match with your work experience?? If so, then the answer is no. Your work experience and NOC must be supported by letter from employers as per CIC requirements.

thanks for the response

to be more clear,
i have Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering but my working experience is around 7 years in the field of 3D Art (3D modeling artist)
the closest NOC entry is (5241 Graphic designers and illustrators) which states in the requirements
"
Employment requirements

- A university degree in visual arts with specialization in graphic design, commercial art, graphic communications or cartooning
or
- Completion of a college diploma program in graphic arts is required.
- Experience or training in multimedia design at a post-secondary, college or technical institution may be required.
- In addition to the arts, training in biology, engineering, architecture or a scientific field is usually required for medical, technical and scientific illustrators.
- Creative ability and artistic talent, as demonstrated by a portfolio of work, are required for graphic designers and illustrators.
"

in my case i could provide working experience certificate from my employer and an online portfolio of work to show my skills and creative ability

so according to what i said will it be a valid entry for "my primary occupation" section and "work history"

thanks

The NOC website and its contents are used by several organisations within Canada and CIC is just one of them. The employment requirements from NOC website are more of a guidance to Canadian employers. This should not impact your Work experience points for EE application if you follow CICs requirements. If your selected NOC falls within the required NOC 0, A or B skilltype and your responsibilities are supported by a valid letter from employer then you can use this job to claim points for work experience.

The "employment requirements" is [generally] not used to assess an applicant's NOC - the lead statement, and job duties/responsibilities are the key.

I qualify this statement, because there are some "regulated occupations" (e.g. nurse, doctor), the regulations do apply if you work in Canada (depending on province and specific wording). But yours is not a regulated occupation, so no worries -
