Employment reocrds in different job title uploaded in wrong column after submitt

Hi,

Anyone who has two or more job experience reference letter uploaded to EE after ITA help me. I have two different job titles and one of them is the primary occupation for my EE application. When I upload my documents to the document check list, for the employment record part, it shows employment reocrd 1 and next column is employment reocrd 2. I then uploaded my primary occupation reference letter to the employment reocrd 1. But after I paid all the fees and submitted my applicaiton, received my AOR letter, I login into my account and click view submitted my applications, I found that the employment record 1 changed into employment record-job title name ( but not my primary occupation's job title).

As a result, I uploaded my two reference letter in totally wrong employment record column.

Anyone has same issues before? What should I do now?

One of my friend did the same, and he send a CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY explaining the same and submitted all the employment documents again.

Hi Thanks for your reply. I am just thinking, since we all use the one system and every applicant's document checklist part show employment reocrd 1 and 2, or 3 or more. For any applicant who has more than one job experience in different job title has the possibility uploading the reference litter in wrong column. But seems like just me having this problem.

I am really lost in this situation.

Were you able to resolve the issue? I have the same problem now. Please guide on how to get this fixed from your experience.
