Good Morning,

I would like to know if any one can forward an exact format acceptable by CIC for submission to ITA, so that I can forward the similar format to my previous employers to request for letters.

Also, after a lot of thinking I have decided not to use an agent and do everything on my own so, really hope people on this forum would be kind enough to help me fill up my application.
 
main thing it should contain your jobs (please dont copy paste wording from NOC in cic ) it should feel like you did those thing matching your NOC,then duty hours and offcourse your time period in organisation
 
Morning Jessy - i liked your idea of doing all on your own as am also on the same path and its not damn easy.

is it scanned from a paper on company letter head and signed?

No It is not on company letter head, its from companies email id. And its an email I received from my manager which i saved it as a pdf. the email has E-signatures at the bottom from my manager

why not have them printed on company letterhead, sign it and scan it and send it to you? Better safe than sorry IMO

Managers cannot access company letter head, So that is the reason he sent it to me from company email id. And rest i have all my offer letters stating salary, resignation letter etc. Any other option if the reference letter wont work from company email id

i'm not sure, it may work, seniors will confirm. the other letters are pointless if the reference letter has everything. maybe get the manager's business card?
(Also what a weird thing that companies can't access letterheads! It's just a paper!)

Company HR has access, but not the managers and company HR cannot give the letter head with roles and responsibilities

Hi All,

I am employed in the same company since the beginning, but I was working in a different country . In work history i have mentioned as
2012 - 2015 (india)
2015 - 2017 (Brazil)
2017 -till Date (India)

So while uploading documents , its asking for 3 different Employment reference documents for these 3 entries. But since its the same company I have only 1 employment reference. Please suggest what should be done in this case. Should I upload the same documents in all 3. Or should I change my work history ?
