Employment Reference Letter from Ex-collegues

Hi,
Please let me know ,if I worked for 1 employer - how many reference letters are required to be submitted for FSW application?
Having said that,my supervisors have moved out(from India to USA) of the current company ,where we were engaged together- is it recommended to get print-out(reference letter) with their business cards/signature(since letterhead from my current company is impossible with required format ,out of policy).

Is it mandatory to get reference letter only from present manager/supervisor for our past experience,which sounds irrelavant to showcase/prove my job duties recommended by recent manager/supervisor.

Note : I am in a situation to get reference letter from my ex-collegue ,who is out of country(at USA from India),where I am still with the same employer at India,where we were engaged in the project(onsite/offshore model).

One reference letter is required preferably on the company letterhead. Your case is quite complicated as your are still working at the same company while your suprvisor has already left the company. Therefore, he is not able to provide you an up to date reference letter and also he has to prove that he has been working in the same company. If you still get letter from him, it will be a contradiction with your Schedule 3 Form and Shceule A Form.

I suggets you to get letter from your current supervisor.

hi,
I am applying for Canada Express entry visa. I am working to get reference letters. I have worked for 10 yrs in dell AND 3 years in Wipro.
Do I need reference from both companies?
MY consultant is insisting on getting reference letters on letter from the company.
However here is the problem
1. Dell: I am not sure if Dell will a reference letter and my current manager is out side India. How else can I get a reference letter.
2 Wipro: this was 10 years back. None of my ex colleagues are still with Wipro. I don't think i will get a reference letter from the company. Can a written letter be issued by ex-colleague be used.
