This letter will serve as confirmation that Mr Xwas employed with XYZ Company from Dates as a Survey Assistant and as CAD Technician. During his employment with the Company he accumulated total of X Hours. He worked as Survey assistant from Dates accumulating X no of hours under this position. Working as CAD Technician he worked from Dates accumulating X hours.
Mr X was employed Full time with a minimum X hours per week. A more typical work week was X hours. X wage was $ /hour or approximately $- $ annually with overtime paid after 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week. As a full time employee he was eligible for benefit program which included; life insurance, short and long term disability, vision care, dental and prescription drug plan.After 1 year of full time employment eligibility for pension plan with matching company contribution.

-Support Party Chief and surveyor in studying survey reports, site photographs and computer records.
-Mark out the boundaries to highlight the area under survey and prepare maps, field notes required for conducting surveys.
-Maintain Survey equipment and vehicles to ensure good working order.
-Manage materials and supplies to ensure the Survey trucks are always well stocked.
-Assist in measuring angles, distances and elevations using GPS and Total Station.
-Perform the several functions required to conduct land survey as per the instructions.
CAD Technician (NOC Code: 2253)
-Perform documentation, research and manage Pipelines Field Survey data.
-Produce drawings using drafting software under the direction of designers and managers.
-Produce graphs, charts, overlays, and perspective drawings.
-Interprets the information found on Survey record sources and checks for accuracy and consistency on hand ketches and as- builts.
