Quick question regarding the experience/reference letter. I have received my reference letter (both from my old employer and new employer). I did submit my application but I started to have a concern as I came across a post in the forum.
In both my jobs, my managers were the one who were also handling the operations.
So, for first job Reporting manager and the Operations head was same.
For current employer, reporting manager and the president is same (since he is leading the whole project and also own the company).
Will this be of any issue? Cause I saw few people having HR and managers different, so I got a bit worried about it.
