After my graduation, I started with my first company as Junior Software Engineer and worked for 3 years 7 months.
The reference clearly states that I have worked for 40 hours/week , it was paid and the roles for the entire tenure.-------There is no information about training on this.
But they have mentioned my designation at the time of leaving the organization and to provide the joining designation, I have to provide my appointment letter.
However, my appointment letter says that my first 12 months will be of training. And post training , I will be absorbed.
In india, every company consider the employee on training for first few months and then absorbs as a permanent employee.
I am confused here, whether I should consider my first 12 months or not and I need someone suggestion who has already gone through this problem and how he presented his case.
